Ceanothus ‘Joyce Coulter’This vigorous low growing shrubmakes a dense evergreen dark greenground cover 60cm or a little more tall and 3 metres across. During late winter and spring it produces 10-15 cm heads of gentian blue flowers, softer and less strident than C. ‘Blue Pacific’.Very tolerant of dryness and frost down to -10°C.
