A small growing single stemmed yucca which has grown to 2.5metres in our garden. Occasionally stems grow from the base which I cut off as I prefer single trunked specimens. The leaves are very stiff each has a sharp spine at the tip. I have planted my plant towards the back of a wide garden bed. Yucca aloifolia blooms every year once established and the 60cm long flower stem carries of large waxy white bells. Frost hardy and drought tolerant.
