Allium stipitatum ‘Mars’

This species is native to Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Mars has reddish purple cricket ball sized flowers on stiff 90cm tall stems during late spring. This species is easier to grow and increases better than many of the large flowered Alliums offered for sale in Australia. 90cm by 20cm.
