Romneya coulteri

One of the wonders of the plant world the Californian Tree Poppy has huge pure white flowers with a rich yellow central boss (The flower has been likened to a giant poached egg.) on top of stiff branches clothed in handsome large grey cut leaves. It makes a large suckering shrub which needs a fair bit of space. It is happy in the toughest of spots and prefers it dry. 150cm x 200cm
